I’m Carla De Peuter, a 61-year-old TRX Master Trainer and creator of the Ectzone App. My own journey began with three herniated discs and severe back pain, alongside the challenges of menopause. I went searching for solutions to restore my strength, energy, and confidence—and found them through safe, effective TRX training. Today, I’m excited to share that knowledge with you, helping women build longevity, resilience, and strength for every stage of life.
