4 Ingredient Shrimps with Tomato and Basil

The taste of summer... This dish will leave you wanting more! This recipe ready in under 15 minutes is truly incredible and so healthy! It is fresh, bright, tasty and healthy. Furthermore, it is carb and gluten free! What do you want more on a summer night right? Your guests will love this too...

INGREDIENTS!

-       12 large, biological shrimps (400 g)

-       3 tomatoes

-       6 spring onions

-       A handful of basil

START ME UP!

  1. Finely cut the spring onions and keep the white and green parts separate.

  2. Add two tablespoons of olive oil to a large pan. Place the white pieces of the spring onions in the middle and place the peeled shrimps around it.

  3. Fry the shrimps and spring onions on a medium heat. Cut the tomatoes in quarters. Remove the seeds above a sieve and collect the juice. Turn over the shrimps.

  4. Cut the tomato quarters into small squares and place them on top of the spring onions in the middle of the pan. Sprinkle the green pieces of the spring onions on top.

  5. Finely cut the basil and sprinkle over the shrimps. Pour over the juice from the tomatoes. Season with pepper and salt and allow to simmer for another halve a minute.
