My journey began with three herniated discs alongside the challenges of menopause. Through research, I discovered TRX training—a truly transformative approach that rebuilt my strength, energy, and confidence.
Now, at 61, I feel stronger than ever before

I Created the Space I Needed
When I first started, I couldn’t find a fitness program that truly understood women’s needs beyond 50. Some addressed menopause, but none considered what it meant to train safely with injuries or limitations—like my three herniated discs. I realized many women faced similar struggles.
So I set myself a mission: become a TRX-qualified trainer and create a space where women could train safely and effectively. That vision became Ectzone Studio.
And with its success came the Ectzone App. Wherever you live, you can now join our workouts, challenges, and community, and focus on building strength, energy, and longevity.
Ectzone is built on a simple belief: while our bodies change with age, we are not getting weaker—strength after 50 is absolutely possible. With the right approach and mindset, you can boost energy, build resilience, and reconnect with your body. I call it The Longevity Formula - E-book coming soon.

As a TRX Master Trainer, I ensure every move is taught with proper form and modifications to keep you safe and confident.

Studio classes are small and personal, usually with 4–6 participants. This allows me to give everyone individual attention while still creating the energy of a group workout.

Yes, booking is required. After your first session, I’ll guide you through our simple booking system so you can easily reserve your spot in future classes.

Yes. Ectzone is designed with women in mind — a space where you feel supported, motivated, and empowered to move. All morning classes are female-only, tailored to help women build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence at every stage of life. Evening sessions include both mixed-gender classes (popular with couples) and teen classes, designed to help younger participants build strength, confidence, and healthy habits from the start.

The Ectzone app gives you access to live and on-demand TRX workouts wherever you are in the world. Once you sign up, you’ll be able to join live sessions in real time, replay past classes, follow structured programs, and even join special challenges.
