  • Ectzone is designed with women in mind — a space where you feel supported, motivated, and empowered to move. Our workouts are tailored to help women build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence at every stage of life. All morning classes are female only classes.

  • Our evening sessions include both mixed gender classes and teen classes. The mixed sessions are especially popular with couples, while teens get their own dedicated classes designed to build confidence, strength, and healthy habits from a young age.

Studio classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start with no charge. Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged.
