From Struggle to Strength
I’m Carla — a 61-year-old mom, wife, former nurse, and TRX Master Trainer.
Over a decade ago, life took a turn. I was diagnosed with three herniated discs, put on heavy painkillers, and told surgery wasn’t an option. I thought I had to just “accept it.” At the same time, I was moving through menopause — hot flashes, sleepless nights, and the kind of fatigue that made even small tasks feel overwhelming. My body felt like it wasn’t mine anymore.
Then one morning, my husband said: “Why not try a personal trainer?” I was scared — afraid to make things worse. But fear should never be the end of the story. With the help of my PT, I was introduced to TRX Training. We started slow. The goal? Build a strong core around my herniated discs. To my surprise, the pain started to ease… and I fell in love with TRX.
I began noticing a shift in my menopause symptoms too. It was life-changing — and it gave me a new mission: to help other women like me focus on longevity, strength, and living pain-free.

Today, I help thousands of women build strength safely through my TRX-affiliated Dubai studio and the Ectzone App. As a Master Trainer, I also work directly with TRX to teach the Suspension Training Course course to new trainers.
