As women, our bodies go through big changes during menopause and beyond—energy dips, sleep disruption, and weaker muscles just to name a few. I experienced this myself, struggling daily with severe back pain and feeling disconnected from my body.
My journey began with three herniated discs alongside the challenges of menopause. Through research, I discovered TRX training—a truly transformative approach that rebuilt my strength, energy, and confidence.
Now, at 61, I feel stronger than ever before. Together, let’s build longevity and resilience for years to come!
I Created the Space I Needed
When I first started, I couldn’t find a fitness program that truly understood women’s needs beyond 50. Some addressed menopause, but none considered what it meant to train safely with injuries or limitations—like my three herniated discs. I realized many women faced the same struggles: not just symptoms of menopause, but the bigger picture of staying strong and mobile for the long run.
So I set myself a mission: become a TRX-qualified trainer, deepen my knowledge of nutrition, and create a space where women could train safely and effectively. That vision became Ectzone Studio.
And with its success came the Ectzone App—a digital version of the same promise. Wherever you live, you can now join our workouts, challenges, and community, and focus on what really matters: building strength, energy, and longevity.
