About TRX & Training

TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) is a form of suspension training that uses your own bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Unlike traditional weight training, TRX engages multiple muscle groups at once, making every move more functional and efficient. It’s highly adaptable — the same exercise can be made easier or more challenging simply by changing your angle or position.

Yes. TRX is low-impact and joint-friendly, making it an excellent choice for beginners and those over 50. It helps improve balance, coordination, and bone strength, which are especially important as we age. As a TRX Master Trainer, I ensure every move is taught with proper form and modifications to keep you safe and confident.

Studio classes are small and personal, usually with 4–6 participants. This allows me to give everyone individual attention while still creating the energy of a group workout.

Yes, booking is required. After your first session, I’ll guide you through our simple booking system so you can easily reserve your spot in future classes.

Yes. Ectzone is designed with women in mind — a space where you feel supported, motivated, and empowered to move. All morning classes are female-only, tailored to help women build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence at every stage of life. Evening sessions include both mixed-gender classes (popular with couples) and teen classes, designed to help younger participants build strength, confidence, and healthy habits from the start.

The Ectzone app gives you access to live and on-demand TRX workouts wherever you are in the world. Once you sign up, you’ll be able to join live sessions in real time, replay past classes, follow structured programs, and even join special challenges. Along with weekly recipes and a community What’s App chat you’ll have both nutrition guidance and a community feeling all in one!

TRX straps will give you the best experience, but they’re not absolutely required. Many workouts include modifications using just bodyweight or simple home equipment. If you’d like to invest in straps, I can guide you on where to buy authentic TRX equipment.
