Breakfast bowl: Freshly cut fruits with Greek yoghurt and seeds

For this healthy breakfast you need:

  • Fresh seasonal fruits e.g. strawberries, blueberries, grapes, oranges, apples, bananas, papaya’s, mango’s, blackberries… anything you like! (if you don’t find nice fresh fruits you can use frozen fruits but they should not contain any sugar)

  • 2 tbs of Greek yoghurt (not sweetened)

  • 4 tbs of Seeds s.a. Chia seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Goji berries, Lin seeds (same as flax seeds)

Cut the fruits after washing them and place them in a nice bowl or plate. Add 2 spoons of Greek yoghurt on top and sprinkle 4 tbs of seeds on the fruits and yoghurt.

The seeds will give you all the healthy oils you need for one day and the fruits will give you a vitamin boost! The yoghurt will give you Calcium.
