As women, our bodies go through big changes during menopause and beyond. Personally, I felt completely disconnected from my body.

My journey began with three herniated discs alongside the challenges of menopause. I couldn’t find a fitness program that truly understood women’s needs beyond 50 and I realized many women faced similar struggles.

Through research, I discovered TRX training—a truly transformative approach that rebuilt my strength, energy, and confidence. 

So I set myself a mission: become a TRX-qualified trainer and create a space where women could train safely and effectively to overcome their struggles.

Now, at 61, I feel stronger than ever before.
