Mr. Naji was first introduced to ECTZone through Carla’s TRX Videos on YouTube in early 2023 after which he decided to join the family seeking a structured workout routine. His goal was clear: 30-40 minutes of full-body workouts, integrating core-specific exercises five days a week.

Despite the initial challenges, Mr. Naji stayed committed to his goal. He never missed a workout, embracing the challenge head on. Within two weeks, he shed four pounds transforming both his physique and eating habits. With a diet overhaul—eliminating processed foods, reducing sugar, and emphasizing lean proteins and veggies—he began witnessing substantial progress.

The TRX program also improved his stamina for swimming drastically.

On the 20th of October, Naji radiated excitement as he shared a major milestone: a substantial weight loss of nearly 10 pounds, stepping down to 194.2 pounds from his starting weight of 202 pounds. Motivated by seeing visible changes, soon Naji set his goal to losing 1-2 pounds weekly to reach his target weight of 180 pounds by mid December.
